Clean, new, efficient.
Road access was not very convenient, no restaurant and toilet was broken.
No frills, but clean, new and efficient. Fine for stays that involve mostly just sleeping in the room (like most trips). All no-smoking is a plus, as is pet friendliness. The location to many good restaurants.
Difficulty in exiting the property.
My overall rating for this Hotel would be a Nine. For the most part this hotel meet or exceeded my expectations. My only suggestion is that there should be more selections at the continental breakfast. I would most likely stay here again the next time I come to Albany!!! ...read more

We were put on 1st floor right beside a room with a dog who howled all night. They were away at a concert and just left the dog!
We reserved a king size bed. Checked in before 3pm and did not get one!
